One of the most popular New Year's resolutions deals with changing what we eat so we consume less "junk food" and eat more "healthy food". What happens when our healthy turns out to be just as bad as junk food?

Join McMaster graduate and registered dietician, Jenille Hutchinson '04, MSc.FN, RD, for a lunchtime talk on ultra-processed foods, what these are, why we should reduce their consumption, and what foods we should be eating to replace those quick calories. Jenille will talk about the importance of protein in a diet and will suggest a few foods you can add to your repertoire instead of relying on ultra processed foods.

Join us for this webinar and learn how to clean up your diet by reducing ultra-processed foods and replacing them with nutrient rich snacks and meals.

About our speaker: Jenille Hutchinson is a Registered Dietitian with extensive knowledge on the relationship between nutrition and mental health. Jenille graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and later obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science at The University of Western Ontario in Food and Nutritional Sciences.
