Canada’s 2030 Greenhouse Gas Emission Target is Unachievable: What should Civil Society do about it?

This talk will present an update on and an action-oriented breakdown of Canadian greenhouse gas emissions, the Canadian 2030 Climate Action Plan and the prospects for achieving our targets, the global outlook, and what concerned citizens can do about it. Central to the discussion will be the need to avoid actions that make other problems worse and which do not represent sustainable, long-term solutions to the global warming problem.
