When does a first impression really begin? In our next #DuqAlumniInsights presentation, we’ll hear from Amy Lynes, B’08. During the session, we’ll take a deep dive into the importance of understanding your personal brand, examining key contributors such as verbal and non-verbal communication. Bringing self-awareness and an understanding to one’s own strengths and limitations is crucial to building a successful brand, both personally and professionally. Amy Lynes, Pittsburgh native currently residing in Tampa, Florida, currently works as an Employment & Marketing Branding Specialist for PNC Financial Services. Amy’s unique background and passion for market research is what defines her. After gaining experience in sales, customer service, event planning, and recruiting from notable organizations like the Pittsburgh Pirates, Pittsburgh Penguins, and the University of Pittsburgh, Amy found her niche with PNC in Recruitment Marketing. Amy is a graduate of Duquesne University where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Outside of working hours, Amy is a wife, devoted dog mom, and community volunteer.
