Jess Tomlinson, Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty, Haverhill MA -- Licensed in MA and NH

Jess Tomlinson is a Salem State Alumni who graduated in 2009 with her bachelors in Social Work and Psychology with a focus on Urban Studies and Housing Policy. Her professional career started as a professional fundraiser and event planner with a regional non-profit affordable housing organization focused on providing safe and affordable housing to low- and moderate-income families and seniors within New England. She took a short life detour to Atlanta, GA and worked with Atlanta Habitat for Humanity in their fundraising and development department assisting with program development and donor relations. Upon her return to New England, she knew it was time to switch gears and start her own business assisting clients with all their real estate needs. Her passionate and service-oriented approach allows for white glove service throughout the entire process. Jess loves working with first-time home-buyers and walking them through the process to home ownership. She also really enjoys working with small multi-family investors focused on 2- to 4-unit buildings. Chris Donovan has been in the mortgage industry for almost 10 years. He began on the processing and underwriting side, learning the industry and entire loan process from start to finish, before transitioning to becoming a loan officer 7 years ago. Through constant continuing education, Chris provides expertise to his clients on the ever changing mortgage programs and regulations. He loves working with his clients to help them understand what the process will entail, and makes sure that every one of his clients are true informed buyers. Chris also specializes in working with first-time home buyers and veterans. In his personal time, Chris is an avid Boston sports fan.
