Sleep is the foundation of good health, but nearly a third of Americans are not getting enough sleep every night. From the moment we wake up in the morning until our heads hit the pillow at night, there are countless choices we can make to set ourselves up for better sleep!

Join Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, author, and host of the PBS Special, Eat To Sleep, Karman Meyer '09 to learn a few simple tips for better sleep and see a demonstration of some recipes from her book with College of Education, Health, and Society Dean Jason Lane and KNH Associate Clinical Lecturer, Nancy Parkinson.

Want to cook along with us? See the recipes and ingredient lists for the dishes Karman will make here.
