Beginning with the raw materials and working toward a finished product, Matt will also share the comparisons of a smaller operation to a larger one. • Matt Hobbs is a 2010 graduate of York College with a BS in Business Administration
• Matt is a manufacturing consultant based out of Charlottesville, Virginia
• He specializes in production infrastructure, particularly in stabilizing operations, streamlining throughput, and optimizing key performance indicators
• Prior to consulting, Matt spent over 10 years in the brewing industry helping small, mid-sized, and world-class manufacturing facilities reach their full product capacity.
• Matt enjoys all things brewing and the outdoors.
