Are you constantly feeling burnout? Do you have constant demands on you between work and family? Long before the pandemic gripped the world and blurred the lines between home and work, we had become a nation suffering high levels of burnout. Burnout has become one of the most talked-about workplace topics, and its impact is far-reaching. The fast pace and always-on nature of modern work have put millions of professionals on a path to burnout, not only affecting the health and well-being of employees but the organization itself. In this edifying webinar, author and resiliency expert Paula Davis will show us how we must shift our attention to the causes of burnout and embrace a systemic, holistic solution.
