The WKU Alumni Association, Gordon Ford College of Business, and Ogden College of Science & Engineering invite you to join us for this presentation and panel discussion about appreciating the skillsets of others.

Sedrik Newbern, our presenter, is President of Newbern Consulting, Operations Director for NASBA Center for Public Trust, an Amazon best-selling author, and a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker specializing in recreating relationships. When Sedrik shows up, relationships are recreated into workable, productive alliances that produce measurable results for individuals and businesses.

Sedrik graduated in 1993 with a degree in marketing from WKU. In addition to professional accomplishments and nonprofit service, Sedrik is currently a member of the WKU Alumni Association Board of Directors.

After Sedrik's presentation, a panel of colleagues who span all the generations in the workforce at Logan Aluminum will participate in a discussion about how they use a team concept to employ the skillsets of their team members.
