Hilltoppers@Work Webinar: Working Across Generations

The WKU Alumni Association, Gordon Ford College of Business, and Ogden College of Science & Engineering invite you to join us for this presentation and panel discussion about working across generations.  

WKU alum Melissa Wallace will share her insight on working across generations based upon her experience working for American Airlines during her 35-year career with the company.  Melissa currently serves as the Director of Team Member Experience for American Airlines and previously worked with Diversity & Inclusion at American Airlines in addition to other human resources positions, training, and flight service. Melissa currently serves on the WKU Alumni Association's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council.

After Melissa's presentation, a panel of colleagues who span all the generations in the workforce at the Bowling Green General Motors plant will participate in a discussion about how they work with individuals whose generational perspective differs from theirs.
