WORK LIFE BALANCE-NAVIGATING THE DIGITAL WORLD

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance has always been a challenge, but it is all the more difficult and necessary as many of us have shifted to working remotely, blurring the boundaries between work and home.  Now more than ever, seeking to achieve work-life balance requires purposeful action.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Recognize how the pandemic has changed the idea of work-life balance
  • Understand the impact remote work has on mental health
  • Incorporate steps to achieve work-life balance and productivity

This Hilltoppers at Work Webinar is made possible through a partnership between the WKU Alumni Association and WKU Continuing & Professional Development. If you are looking for professional development or non-credit training for your workforce, please visit our website at wku.edu/cpd for more information.
