Enjoy the second session of three in our fall 2021 series, Forum for Us, with a panel discussion about creating an inclusive culture with perspectives from multiple industries. DEI Council member Dr. Terry Daniels, Owner/President of Competitive Edge Business Solutions, will serve as our facilitator for a discussion with four local business leaders about how their organization builds an inclusive culture. About the DEI Council

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council was chartered by the WKU Alumni Association National Board of Directors on April 18, 2020, to advance diversity and inclusion among alumni and WKU. The Council works closely with the Board, staff and volunteers of the Association to ensure that alumni and friends are engaged and included without regard to age, gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious affiliation, military service, veteran status or disability.
