In part two of our webinar series, “Working Together, Hosting a Hilltopper Intern,” alumni and friends can explore how internship opportunities can be built or converted to a virtual format to overcome social distancing regulations. This session, Building a Virtual Internship Experience, will focus on how you provide leadership, management, and mentoring for internship students in a virtual environment. Our presenters Monica Duvall, Gordon Ford College of Business Internship Coordinator, and Liz Fogle, Ogden College of Science & Engineering Internship Coordinator, will be hosted by Anthony McAdoo, WKU Alumni Association Executive Director, for this discussion about virtual internship design. Monica and Liz will also answer questions from participants and share recommended practices. By considering a virtual internship position, you can help WKU students needing internship experiences this summer to keep their education and career development plans on track.
