Have you been diagnosed with ADHD or know someone who has? Most people have heard of ADHD and know someone who may have it. But lost in the discussion of both childhood and adult diagnosis of ADHD is the potential upside: Many hugely successful entrepreneurs and highly creative people attribute their achievements to ADHD. The first step to a better life with ADHD is to learn all you can about it and the expected common associated conditions. With a deeper understanding of how these conditions manifest in yourself or the person you care about, you can leverage their strengths and distinctive qualities more effectively while addressing areas of difficulty or weakness.

In this enlightening webinar, New York Times bestselling author and world-renowned expert Dr. Edward Hallowell will offer educators, healthcare professionals, and parents the tools they need to understand what it’s like to have ADHD, how to change their perspective, and how to create environments where those with ADHD can thrive. Dr. Hallowell will share the Default Mode Network, a technique based on brain science that anyone can learn to free themselves from the habit of persistent and debilitating negative thinking. Dr. Hallowell will take us through this practical, evidence-based, and effective program to bring stress and worry levels from the toxic zone into normalcy. You will learn the simple steps any individual can take, from a child to an adult, to regain a confident and upbeat feeling about everyday life.
