Join the Association of Graduates and the Air Force Academy Foundation as we listen to 2006 grad Antoine Hood's life journey as a cadet, pro basketball player, Air Force officer, cancer survivor and published poet.

Antoine is a man of many talents and hats that range from a military officer to a professional athlete.  While coaching and mentoring for more than a decade he has helped many people understand the importance of work life balance method, ensuring they can reach their maximum potential.  Antoine has learned the significance of governing one's life as an ambitious career business man in accordance with being a loving father, leader and friend.  When these things get out of balance many people can gain the world but lose everything important throughout the process of obtaining ultimate success as viewed in today's society.  He knows that time is one of the key assets we have in life and how we allocate time directly correlates to our rhythm of life.  He has partnered with Matthew McConaughey's Just Keep Living Foundation to inspire the youth as our future leaders of our great nation.  He thrives to take every opportunity to give back to others because he knows the value of planting positive seeds into those who are willing to let it take root and grow into something amazing.   Today, Antoine continues to offer his services to people at all levels of life and transition.  He's in the people business because without people nothing can get accomplished!
