There’s a point in one's life when you realize that continuing your professional trajectory isn’t going to be as easy as it was up until that point. For Jeff, that day was his 35th birthday. He made this realization that day and vowed to change how he viewed his professional life, his goals and the longevity of his career. In this talk, Jeff will share the path that took him from designer, to team leader to award-winning author and keynote speaker. Specifically, Jeff will cover how to build and engage with an audience, build authenticity through humility and shared experience and how to stay relevant in a world of continuous change. Jeff has spent the last 15 years building himself and his persona brand into a recognized expert in organizational agility, digital transformation and customer-centricity. His goal was to become Forever Employable. The lessons learned through continuous experimentation, learning and reinvention make up the content of Jeff’s new book of the same title.
