Join us for a three-part series of virtual events where you will learn best practices to reduce your food waste while cooking.

In this second event, we are thrilled to welcome a close friend of Skidmore, Gordon Sacks, Founder & CEO at 9 Miles East Farm here in Saratoga Springs.  Gordon will teach us how to prepare a menu of Risotto with veggie scraps.  The shopping list is listed HERE and in the resources (once live)...feel free to cook along with us, or wait for the recording to refer back to.

This exciting series is co-sponsored by the Sustainability OfficeCompost Managers, and the Office of Alumni Relations.
