With all the other changes we’ve experienced since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the way that we approach and engage in career conversations have evolved too. In this part of our CDC series, alumni are invited to build upon the skills and strategies for leveraging our exclusive Career Advisor Network and Skidmore Connect databases, as well as strengthening LinkedIn searches by integrating the aforementioned resources.  We will continue to discuss best practices for engaging in discussions with others, keeping social distancing and safety in mind.

For 10 years, Megan Jackson has helped Skidmore students and alumni engage in career exploration and transition in her role as a counselor. In the Career Development Center, Megan steers early engagement and community outreach, creating pathways for uncertain clients to get the help and resources they need. Megan holds a BA in Sociology and MS.Ed. in College Student Services Administration, with a concentration in educational research and assessment.
