Panelists and co-chairs of the Diverse Alumni Council, Reese Blair ’98, Senior Partner, Deloitte and Christian O’Brien ‘13, Senior Manager, Oncology Sales Training, Bristol Myers Squibb will share stories and experiences related to the following topics:

•	How DE&I is being integrated and harnessed for positive and transformative change in professional settings.
•	Tips for advocating for diversity, equity and inclusion while fostering understanding and accelerating acceptance for all.
•	The Jesuit values learned throughout their education, which inspired their visibility and involvement in advancing DE&I.
