She provides guidance, resources, and personalized coaching to help them achieve their career goals. Additionally, Caroline oversees the successful Job Club, an award-winning program designed to support adults in their job search efforts by offering networking opportunities, job search strategies, and interview preparation. She is a sought-after presenter at local, regional, and national conferences, where she shares insights and best practices in career development.
