Back for an encore performance from POMP19, Sebastian DiFelice, owner and pitmaster of The Don's BBQ and Catering, will walk you through how he prepares his delicious food. Sample spice kits will be available from Salem Spice, for all participants who register at least one week in advance. For registrations after, delivery of spices can not be guaranteed in time for the event.
