It’s one thing to experience stress and anxiety.

It’s another when that stress and anxiety is compounded due to physical health challenges.

This past summer, Tony Rossi found himself knocked off his feet (literally) as he battled both:
While attending a home run derby, he temporarily let his guard down. Then found himself
knocked down after getting hit from a baseball.

…in the face.

After an emotionally and physically challenging several weeks, he slowly began to make
progress: He canceled his surgery. He started working out again.
And just three months later - he crossed the finish line of the Chicago Marathon.

…but like - how?

And more importantly - what can we learn from and takeaway to apply to our own mental and
physical health??

Join Tony for a discussion as he shares practical tips and strategies we all can use - regardless
of whether you have a broken face or not. (Hopefully not….)

What you can expect to hear…

● How to set a good foundation for our physical health
● What we can do to make recovery easier
● The difference between listening to our bodies, and pushing ourselves to do “just a little
bit more…”
● How to do the not-so-fun work of being healthier - especially when times get tough and
we just don’t want to…
