Bunce-Timmons SCILS’03 has had a sweet tooth her whole life, but she never meant to make a career of it until later in life. After a few years in the corporate world, she signed up for a cake decorating class to hone her cake-decorating skills. She went on to attend the pastry program at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, and in 2011, she opened a private cake studio, the Hudson Cakery in Weehawken, New Jersey. Her cakes have been featured on The Knot and the Cooking Channel and in New Jersey Bride.
