Anderson, who grew up in Union County, New Jersey, graduated from Rutgers’ School of Management and Labor Relations in 2017 with a major in human resource management and a minor in economics. He was part of Rutgers University Foundation’s inaugural Futures in Advancement internship program and Box’s inaugural business fellowship program. Box is a cloud-based content management system.
