Join Anthony Jackson (BJ ’09) for a webinar conversation on his experience serving as Padma Lakshmi’s chief of staff, and as an associate producer on the Hulu show “Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi.” Anthony will also discuss his path from the J-school to Padma’s kitchen, and take questions from attendees.

About Anthony Jackson:

Anthony Jackson is a recipe developer, food writer and multimedia specialist living in New York City. He currently serves as Chief of Staff to Padma Lakshmi, and is an Associate Producer on Hulu’s Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi, the streaming network’s first foray into original food programming.

Born and raised in central Arkansas, Anthony is a 2009 graduate of the University of Missouri’s School of Journalism, and a 2013 graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education’s Culinary Arts program. Anthony moved to New York in 2009 and spent four years working in agency consumer public relations on brands such as the James Beard Foundation, Procter & Gamble, Amazon and AT&T. In 2012, Anthony enrolled in culinary school to pursue the world of food media, and simultaneously joined Chef Michael White and Ahmass Fakahany’s Altamarea Group of restaurants. There he served as Head of Social Media, managing social and traditional media initiatives for 17 restaurants around the world.

In 2016, Anthony joined with Padma Lakshmi (best known as the Host & Executive Producer of Bravo’s Top Chef), where in addition to his producing role for Taste the Nation, he develops original recipes for Padma’s website and upcoming cookbooks, creates various forms of digital content, and oversees all of Padma’s business ventures and media appearances.
