Miami University Cleveland Alumni Chapter is excited to announce father and son Jeff Kadlic '93 and Connor Kadlic '20 as our next speakers for the Cleveland Redbrick Leadership Series. Join us on Tuesday, September 14 at 12:00 p.m. ET as they sit down and interview each other! We will discuss their current careers and their time at Miami!

Jeff Kadlic is the Founding Partner of Evolution Capital Partners, the award-winning and nationally recognized private equity firm dedicated to driving small business transformational success. Connor Kadlic graduated from Miami University in May of 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While at Miami he was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity, the Miami Finance Association, and the Commercial Banking Club. Since graduation, he has been a Commercial Banking Associate for CIBC U.S. in Cleveland, OH office. Connor joined the Miami Cleveland Alumni Association in November 2020 as the VP of Athletic Engagement. In his free time he enjoys golf, watching sports, reading, and exercise.
