& Dr. Scott Dust
to celebrate the launch of Megan's new business book: Gentelligence: The Revolutionary Approach to Leading an Intergenerational Workforce (
co-authored with two

Mee Professor in Management) will be talking with Megan about the book and her work bringing the Gentelligence Method to companies across the world to help them reframe the way they attract, engage, and retain their intergenerational workforce.
Publishers Weekly recently called the Gentelligence book "an outstanding debut on building intergenerational respect", stating, "Informative and instructive, the strategies here will be invaluable to business leaders." Come hear how the Gentelligence movement was born right here at Miami University, and why it has been creating a buzz in the Washington Post, the Chicago Tribune, NBC News, and more! We will be giving away THREE signed books to participants to the lunch and learn--winners will be chosen at the end of the event!
