From having to shift strategy on recruitment to be virtual, continuing to engage in service and philanthropy and exciting new additions to the Greek Life; Kimberly Vance, the director of the Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and staff, will detail all the happenings around Greek Life at Miami!
Dr. Kim Vance, Director
Dr. Kimberly Vance is originally from Fairborn, Ohio but has lived in Maysville, Kentucky for the past 20 years. Prior to joining Miami University she served as the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life for Northern Kentucky University. Kim is married to Bryan Underwood, Esq. and they have two sons, Vance Underwood, a junior attending Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky and Jack Underwood, a senior attending Mason County High School. When the weather allows, Kim and her family enjoy boating on the Ohio River.
Adam Dralle, Associate Director
Adam joined the Office of Student Activities and Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life in the summer of 2019. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Valparaiso University and Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Illinois State University. As an undergrad, he joined Sigma Phi Epsilon and has since served in various volunteer roles. As a professional in student affairs, he has worked in fraternity and sorority life and student conduct. Primarily Adam advises the Interfraternity Council and chapter presidents from all 3 councils. He also provides support to house directors, manages the 2nd year exemption, and assists with all other programming efforts of the office. Outside of work, Adam loves to spend time with his wife and 2 kids and getting to experience with them all that Cincinnati has to offer. Originally from Wisconsin, he is a die-hard Packer fan, but enjoys watching just about any sporting event.
Drew Davis, Assistant Director
Drew joined The Office of Student Activities and the Cliff Alexander Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life as Assistant Director of Business Operations in 2014. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Studies and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Miami before returning to complete an M.B.A. from the Farmer School of Business and a graduate certificate in digital marketing. As an undergrad, he was an active member of Phi Gamma Delta as well as a member of the varsity swim team (2003), club water polo team (2004-2008), Miami Student newspaper and Miami Entrepreneurship Club. Prior to joining Student Life in 2012, Drew served in various P.R., marketing, finance, and management positions with the Miami Athletics Department, Procter & Gamble, Kellogg Company, and Valvoline. Drew oversees departmental budgets, advises MAP/Late Night Miami finances and marketing, Slant (our on-campus, student design staff), fraternity and sorority council VPs of Finance, ASG finances, and supports student organization and fraternity/sorority chapter treasurers with their organizations’ finances. Outside of his work, Drew spends time in a variety of ways including sports broadcasting (primarily with the Miami hockey team), music, triathlons, cooking, and traveling to new cities with his wife, Hilary.
