Valentine's Day is the perfect time to tell someone -or something- you love them. Join the Ohio Writing Project (OWP) as we look at a few classic and new love poems as inspirations for your own love poem. With an easy-to-use frame, we’ll have a little fun with writing, and you'll leave with a perfect Valentine's gift for someone you love!
Beth Rimer '99 is the Co-Director of the Ohio Writing Project (OWP) where she oversees the MAT in English and the Graduate Certificate in the Teaching of Writing at Miami. She works with local K-12 educators through comprehensive professional development program and leads workshops across Ohio for educators from kindergarten through postgraduate. Rimers’s work with OWP also includes youth writing camps, local teacher conferences and partnerships with state parks. When it comes to Miami, Rimer is all in - she is currently an alumni, parent to former and current students, staff, faculty and student here!
