We’re living in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) world where the speed of change is accelerating. How can you, your team and/or your organization not only survive, but thrive in this environment? The key is collaboration. Collaboration is essential for empathy, relationship building, team building, problem prioritization, and innovation. But collaboration doesn’t just happen. It requires intentionality. It requires conversation (tools) frameworks that create the conditions for inclusive, focused, positive, and psychologically safe conversations. These are what Greg Van Kirk ‘91 calls “collaborative changemaking conversations.”

Join Greg and friends for a webinar/ workshop to learn about and practice a bit of collaborative changemaking. Learn how you might put collaborative changemaking in action in your work.  Learn about a workshop series that Greg will be leading at the start of 2025. Participants will have the opportunity to earn a certificate in Collaborative Changemaking.

Greg is a Bishop Medal honoree, Ashoka Fellow, and World Economic Forum “Social Entrepreneur of the Year.” He recently published It’s What You Set In Motion: A Toolbox for Collaborative Changemaking., an aggregation of the principles and tools he’s been putting into practice over the past 25 years as an entrepreneur, innovator, consultant, facilitator, and educator. Greg is the founder of Collaborative Changemaking Labs.

This event is open to all and free to attend, but registration is required.  Questions?  Please reach out to J.J. Slager at slagerjj@miamioh.edu.
