Join us for a special webinar in celebration of Women’s History Month. We will be joined by alumna Traci Townsend ‘88, who has amassed a following of more than 143,000 people on Instagram by sharing her passion for fitness and wellness.
In this talk, Traci will share specific fitness and nutrition tips for women over 50 and discuss transitioning from a career in education to becoming a solo entrepreneur.
Traci Townsend is a retired teacher and principal turned online strength and fitness coach. She launched Fitness With Traci LLC in 2021 to help women over 50 become stronger and more fit through strength training and movement. Traci believes that fitness is for everyone and she meets women where they are so that they have a successful fitness journey, become stronger, and establish lifelong fitness habits.
Traci earned her Bachelor of Science at Miami University and her Master of Science and Doctor of Education at Shenandoah University, Winchester, Virginia. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist and Menopause Coaching Specialist (GGS), and a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach (PNL1).
