Each spring MIAMI WOMEN invites the entire Miami community to join in a day of personal and professional development. This event features keynote addresses and panel discussions from inspirational thought leaders, interactive workshops, and networking elements for Miamians at all levels in their careers. Our speakers include amazing Miami women who will inspire you to move forward with authenticity, resilience, and empathy. If you didn't register for the in-person event, the speakers will be streamed for you to enjoy virtually.
Dr. Jenny Darroch, dean of Miami’s Farmer School of Business, shares her personal and professional journey as she takes a look into the future of work and the impact of today’s post-pandemic landscape on working women.
Prior to joining Miami,
Dr. Jenny Darroch served as the dean of the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California. Dean Darroch earned her doctorate in marketing from the University of Otago in New Zealand, and has authored three books, including “Why Marketing to Women Doesn’t Work: Using Market Segmentation to Identify Customer Needs," and “Marketing Through Turbulent Times."
The presentation is free to watch online, but registration is required.
A recording will be available for those who register for one week after the event.
