William (Will) Dugger is the District Executive for the Middle Tennessee Council of the Boy Scouts. A 2019 Miami Regionals alumnus with a degree in communication studies, he then went on to earn his MBA from Wright State University. Will is an Eagle Scout, and while attending the Regionals served as the Miami Middletown Student Government president, and spent summers serving at Philmont Scout Ranch in Cimarron, NM.
