Shrey will discuss why brain health is important, the latest science on how mindfulness changes the brain, the 3 core components of Health and Wellness, and the 6 pillars of Brain Health and healthy aging, with a specific focus on mindfulness and stress-management.

Tune in to learn about the latest neuroscience research from Harvard University on how Mindfulness and Mind/Body practices rewire the brain and slow down aging and other age-related diseases.
