Transformative learning takes place when we see things from a new perspective, and that process is facilitated by critical reflection.

Join us for an interactive workshop designed to equip you with the tools to engage in reflection and transformative learning, facilitated by reflection expert, Kate Whalen.
Kate focused her doctoral research on understanding how reflection enhances learning through experience. Kate developed the Reflective Learning Framework to help educators like herself guide their students through the reflective process so they could make the most of their experiential learning.

To get the most out of this workshop, Kate invites you to bring a pen, paper, and a topic so you can experience the transformational learning that can happen through deep, critical reflection.

To get your reflective juices flowing, and in line with our theme of Transformation, Kate has provided some questions below. Use them to prepare for the workshop and feel free to share them with us through your Zoom registration so Kate can learn about and speak to your interests:
• What area of your life are you seeking transformation in?
• What does transformation look like for you in 2022?
• What does success look like to you?
