Andrea joined the Lead Star team in 2017 following a distinguished career at Navigant Consulting where she was most recently the COO for their Global Legal Technology Solutions Practice, which focused on complex data challenges, Information Security in Cyber, Advanced Analytics and eDiscovery. Andrea has proven success and leadership in financial management, strategic and business operations, resource management, as well as coaching and developing large teams. Her passion for leadership development started in 2008 when she led the launch of the DC and NY chapters for the Women’s Leadership & Mentoring Alliance (WLMA), which ultimately introduced her to Lead Star and inspired her to join the team. Andrea is a CPA and CFF. She received her BBA in Accounting from the College of William & Mary.
