Tune-in from home on February 13th at 6:00 p.m. to listen to Class of 2022 40 Under 40 recipient and Georgia State alum, Cynthia Padilla Pearson (B.S. 08’), as she shares knowledge on maintaining healthy relationships and how to set boundaries. In many relationships, whether you're dealing with romantic partners, family or coworkers, we often encounter a time where our needs or goals become incompatible. Similarly, how we are expected to follow the rules of the road, boundary setting in relationships is part of the roadmap we use to navigate our partnerships. Maintaining healthy boundaries can help you strengthen relationships, avoid unhealthy ones, improve your self-awareness and overall well-being; ultimately, staying true to you!
