As many pandemic restrictions loosen and more people become vaccinated, many of us are feeling anxious about our re-entry into society. If you feel like your social skills are rusty, you’re not alone.

Come join the Young Alumni Council as we discuss navigating social anxiety in a post-pandemic world. Get tips for effectively connecting with others and have your questions answered about networking from our expert host Munir Meghjani.

Our guest speaker is Munir Meghjani who is a progressive thinker and a social and civic entrepreneur, Munir Meghjani has used his professional experience and heavy community involvement to make connections and bring together diverse groups in Atlanta. A serial entrepreneur and commercial real estate broker he also is heavily involved in the nonprofit sector focused on arts, education, and interfaith.

Munir sits on and chairs several boards throughout the region, often being the first and paving the path for others.  Additionally, was honored as the first-ever 40 Under Forty by Emory University and the inaugural “40 Under 40 Georgia Muslim” by the Islamic Speakers Bureau. His motivation comes from a mantra he adopted at an early age: “I can’t do all the service the world needs, but the world needs all the service I can do!”  Munir graduated from Emory University in 2010 with a B.A. in Psychology focusing on Sociology and Philosophy.
