About the Presenter: Miranda Holder is a leadership coach and the founder of Holder & Co., LLC. With thirteen years of coaching under her belt, she leverages her experience to help her clients be in condition to lead through individual coaching and leadership development programs. She works nationally and internationally with VPs, CEOs, start-up founders and managers developing their internal and external leadership skills and management style. Miranda has a BA cum laude from Wellesley College, an MS in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University and is a certified leadership coach through Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. She is an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) through the ICF (International Coach Federation), considered the gold standard in the coaching industry. After brief stints in banking and advertising, Miranda spent time as a D-I collegiate head coach and U.S. National Team rowing coach before shifting into full-time professional leadership development. She brings a unique perspective and a vast array of skills and knowledge to her work with leaders. Additionally, she is a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle ProfileTM and an RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher). Miranda lives with her family in Vermont.
