Webinar Presenter: Casey Mank (MA'17), Co-Founder, Bold Type Webinar Description: Successful networking relies on good communication. When you reach out to a potential professional contact or mentor, you’re often making a first impression that will shape the relationship for years to come. In this webinar, we’ll focus on networking emails and LinkedIn messages that get results, using proven best practices we’ve taught to thousands of professionals. You’ll learn to make the right impression and get more responses by making it easy for recipients to say “yes.” 3 Key Takeaways: 1. How to understand your reader and define measurable success for each networking communication you send. 2. How to guide your reader to the response you need, making it easy for them to say “yes” and continue the conversation. 3. How to strike the right tone, using appropriate formality and email (or LinkedIn) etiquette to make the right impression.
