Liz Holmes-Baxter serves as the DEI Business Partner, Head of Programs and Partnerships for Credit Karma, a multinational personal finance company. In her role, Mrs. Holmes-Baxter is responsible for DEI initiatives for the Charlotte area. For over eight years, Mrs. Holmes-Baxter has worked in corporate America as a DEI professional. Her talk will explore DEI in a corporate work environment as well as address the current state of DEI in corporate America.
