To support us in taking care of ourselves in these challenging times, the Cothran Center for Vocational Reflection is offering free weekly drop-in mindfulness sessions that are open to the entire Furman community (students, staff, faculty, alum and friends). Each 30-minute Zoom session will include guided mindfulness meditation practice and some gentle mindful movement. Dr. Meghan Slining in the Health Science Department and Dr. Min-Ken Liao in the Biology Department will be the facilitators for these sessions.
