Join the Alumni Association as guest expert Dr. Patrick Bishop takes us through a transformational hour about knowing yourself, recognizing the ego, and seeking personal growth through introspection. The Wisdom of the Enneagram will engage your mind via a thought-provoking discussion and real-world examples of how we see traits of the various ego types on display. Additionally, Dr. Bishop will take us through how we can notice these traits in ourselves and consciously make an effort toward personal growth as a result.

About our Presenter: 

Dr. Bishop Headshot

Over his thirty-year career, Dr. Patrick Bishop has worked in four distinct industries for some of the nation's best in corporate retail, manufacturing, nonprofit, and higher education. He has held positions as a graphic designer, marketing manager, buyer, vice president of sales & marketing, and community relations officer. He’s currently an author-speaker, leadership consultant, and award-winning tenured professor in the College of Business at Ferris State University. He's also served as a visiting professor at Dankook University in Seoul, South Korea and John Cabot University in Rome, Italy.

Bishop holds a bachelor's and master's in communication, a doctorate in higher education
leadership, Riso-Hudson Enneagram certification, and Accreditation in Public Relations. He’s
gained certification in Reputation Management from the Public Relations Society of America
and is a graduate of The Living School at the Center for Action & Contemplation (Albuquerque,
New Mexico).
