Navigating Homeownership: Insights from a HUD Director

Frederick enrolled at San José State University, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Business. He earned a Master's Degree in Political Administration from California State University, Long Beach, in 2006, and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. Frederick then worked in grants management at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He later became the Director of Grants Management and Field Operations for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Native American Programs. Currently, Frederick serves as the Director of the HUD Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Santa Ana Homeownership Center. In his spare time, he volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and mentors Cal State students. He lives in Mission Viejo, California, with his family.
