About the speaker:

Krysta Alarcon, MSW, is a service-focused individual with a passion for serving the needs of underprivileged adults and adolescents including homeless, at-risk youth, and other disabled populations. She has over 10 years of work experience in the Social Services industry including substance abuse, re-entry (AB 109/Parolee), and domestic violence. She graduated with both my undergrad and graduate degrees from Cal State Long Beach. She was born and raised in East Los Angeles where she also currently lives and works. Her passion lies beyond mental health more towards overall well-being and becoming the best version of ourselves in hopes of creating a brighter future. In her off-time, you could find her in the gym, out in nature, or on the basketball court. She also loves to spend time with loved ones, reading, binging on great shows, and living her own life of adventure with travel.1.
