Joseph is the early career talent strategist and Sr. Recruiter for the world’s leading live entertainment company, Live Nation Entertainment. Since early 2022, he’s established a university recruiting strategy, developed relationships with nonprofit organizations in music, spearheaded a global mentorship program, and championed diversity across all business verticals. He’s also an active lead for Live Nation’s AAPI Employee Resource Group providing career counseling and job searching support for employees worldwide.
Prior to Live Nation, he’s worked in Electric Vehicles, Finance, and Business Services as a Talent Sourcer and University Recruiter. When he's not working, Joseph enjoys making underrated Spotify playlists, playing fantasy football/basketball, practicing Muay Thai, thrifting, and live events of all kinds (music, stand-up, sports… everything).
