This spring we’re continuing our robust Saint Ben’s @ Home series of webinars, directly focusing on our role as a college for women … and why that matters. Each month we’ll touch on an area of everyday life and consider how a CSB education — and the CSB community — impacts that area.

Join us in May for our last webinar of the year, as we look at women in technology and what that looks like from a Bennie perspective. Technology, in all its variations, impacts our lives each day. This month we’re going to talk about how women impact technology – and how Saint Ben’s prepares women to make that impact.

Join us as we take a look at the ways in which a broad-based education has actually been an asset in preparing for careers that might seem far from the liberal arts. We’ll talk about the experiences Saint Ben’s alumnae have had entering and excelling in technology. And we’ll look at what Saint Ben’s is doing today to help level up the next generation of Bennie tech experts.

Moderator Kathy Hansen (CSB VP of Institutional Advancement) will sit down with:

  • Sandy Geiser Martin ’87, Director of Information Technology, Thomson Reuters
  • Associate Professor Bob Hesse, CSB/SJU Mathematics Department
  • Cami Longstreet Zimmer ’93, Chief Information Officer, Glympse
