Antonio Gobbo, MBA '03, owner of Antonio's Bar & Trattoria, in the Little Italy section of Endicott, will show us how to make two cocktails: Aperol Spritz and Valeria. Ingredients have been posted below so you can make your drink while you watch our host. And, of course, we'll have a toast at the end!

Aperol Spritz
* 2 oz. Aperol
* 2 oz. Prosecco
* 1 oz. soda water

* 1 oz. Vodka
* 1/2 oz. Limoncello
* 3 oz. Prosecco
* 1 tbsp. lemon sorbetto
