Chef Mike Stites from Dos Rios Cantina, an alumni-owned restaurant in downtown Binghamton, shows us how to make homemade salsa and guacamole. You don't need special cooking skills, fancy equipment or a ton of ingredients. These will be easy to make, and you'll have fun trying it out for yourself.
