Hosted by Dr. Howard Kleiman, Caryn will share her inspirational story and healthy living strategies. In an energizing way, she can motivate you to find the road to resilience - to make simple changes to help you thrive in your life with positivity and purpose.

About Caryn Sullivan ‘95

Caryn Sullivan is the founder of Pretty Wellness, Author and Podcast Host of “Happiness through Hardship” and two time breast cancer survivor thriving with stage  IV disease. A former sports media leader, spending years at Target Center/MN Timberwolves/Lynx as well as Disney and ESPN Media Networks, Caryn inspires people to find happiness through hardship through her motivational speeches across the country. She has been seen on ​The Doctor Oz Show, ​ Wendy Williams, ​Home & Family and as a regular contributor to WTNH-TV. ​​ Caryn lives in Connecticut with her husband and their 12-year old son, though always feels the connection to Oxford. She still loves Mac N Joe’s salads, power walks down the  slant walk and cheering on Miami sports.
