Do you often feel like other people at work don’t understand you because they were born in a different era? Do you feel yourself thinking they are just a youngster or an old-timer? What do the terms Baby boomers, Gen X, Gen Z, Millennials all mean anyway, and how can we close the generational gap and improve communication, teamwork, and innovation?

Ryan Jenkins, an internationally-recognized keynote speaker, and author, will bring market insight into the generational gap and why it exists. Ryan will also provide perspectives of each generation’s varying views of work, leadership, communication, and technology and provide best-in-class examples of organizations successfully closing the generational gap.
